Cenntro’s technical team incorporates a combination of highly experienced professionals from vehicle designing, manufacturing to technical engineering and project management. Our technical director, project manager and technical engineer all have over 10 years of experience in the field of vehicle development. Besides, our international development groups from Germany and France are also have participated in R&D and designing of our electric vehicles.
Based on the initial design, we have continually improved and modified our processing technologies for different auto parts, aiming at enabling all parts to be perfectly matched while optimizing the stability of the vehicle.
The vehicle structure and components are constantly optimized in response to customer needs, e.g. the stability of chassis is greatly improved to ensure the vehicle can handle heavy load and high speed applications.
Vehicle Body Optimization
The vehicle body and mass distribution is optimized utilizing lightweight composite material, the purpose is to minimize vehicle weight by reducing body weight and maintaining chassis weight, which can lower the overall center of gravity and improve vehicle stability.
Brake System Optimization
Through adoption of antilock brake system (ABS) and vacuum pump, and structural modifications of chassis, the brake performance has significantly improved.
Rigorous Development Process
Our team from R&D center works using systems like ANSYS, PRO/E, UG, CATLA, CAD to conduct appearance design, kinematic analysis, fluid dynamics analysis, optimization of performance and technique. We always strive for engineering and technical development to ensure our electric vehicles are made according to customers’ requirements such as special parts processing or their individual driving habits. Our goal is to offer customers with exceptional products tailored to their specific needs.
Currently, Cenntro has applied for over 500 patents and has been granted more than 150 patents.
